Master Irrigation produces sprinkler irrigation products, micro-drip irrigation products, and irrigation accessories, most of which are formed by injection molding using molds. After long-term continuous use, molds may develop problems such as reduced dimensional precision, decreased hardness, and deteriorating toughness. If repairs are only carried out after mold problems arise, it can lead to production line shutdowns and affect order delivery schedules.
As a source factory for irrigation equipment, we have our own mold workshop. Adhering to the business philosophy of quality first, we regularly inspect, maintain, and repair molds to stabilize the quality of every batch of products, prevent batch-to-batch inconsistency, and thereby reduce various after-sales problems.
Quality control is not limited to inspections during production; it must also be controlled at the mold source. Regular mold inspection and maintenance is precisely how we control quality from the source. Only in this way can we provide customers with reliable-quality, stable-supply water-saving irrigation products.
